On just under 7 acres, under a beautiful 100ft-high shade canopy of pine as well as some deciduous trees around a peaceful lake, we are developing a Tiny House on Wheels Community for long-term tiny house living in collaboration with Incredible Tiny Homes, a “high quality, low price” experienced Tiny Home Builder and Developer.

We will feature 3 versions of tiny homes you can purchase (studio, 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom) with lot rents of only $300/mo (+ utilities) – truly affordable housing!

In addition to low monthly costs, we also are developing a number of exciting amenities to provide a great tiny lifestyle and cultivate real community between tiny house residents to make living in your Incredible Tiny Home at “The Cottages of Pine Lake” feel like Sweet Home Alabama!

With a range of low-cost Tiny Homes on Wheels to choose from, starting at just $34,500 for a “Decorate-it-yourself-er” 8×16 studio Tiny Home up to a fully finished-out 2bdrm (400sf) New Woody Cottage from $119,800, we can point you to some of the most affordable and best value tiny home options out there – along with a lot to place it and live on!

Location

Very conveniently located and easy to get to, the property while itself secluded is within 10-15 min in any direction of a major shopping hub and/or city (with a post office, Dollar General, gas station, medical clinic and other small town services all within less than 2 miles)

Amenities

Part of living in a tiny home community is getting out and enjoying the space! Once developed, the community will feature a clubhouse with a tiny gym, tiny laundromat, tiny lounge and common area plus a screened in covered porch & open deck looking out over the lake. Plus the lake will feature a dock, pavilions, hot tub, fire pits, gathering areas, dog park, pickle ball court, walking trail and much more!
