A NEW MEXICO TINY HOUSE COMMUNITY
I HAVE 4 TINY HOME SPACES AVAILABLE NOW tucked up in the Sandia Mountain Range of New Mexico. Our Tiny Home spaces are 40 ft apart to allow for fencing of pets and a little privacy between homes. We are located at about 7000 altitude on 4 acres next to National Forest with wooded mountains and trails all around. Spaces are set up to give you maximum mountain views of our local ski area (which is about a 1 ½ hour hike up the mountain) and a valley view of Santa Fe lights at night.
Some of the wildlife in the area is Deer Bear Mountain Lion Bobcat Turkey and Coyote. And bird watching is alive and well in the area along the many hiking biking and horse riding trails.
A 10 minute drive down the mountain will bring you to our local restaurants, brewery, coffee house, farmers market, grocery store, gift stores, museum, churches, feed store, a riding stable, 2 banks, 3 post offices, Dental and Doctor offices, urgent care, elementary, junior high and high schools.
Winters are mild with an occasional 3-4 foot of snow which is welcomed by locals to keep our ski area open. The paved road to our community is on a school bus route so it is always plowed first for the buses.
Just a 35 minute drive into Albuquerque you can check out our Historic Old Town the Rio Grande Zoo Our Aquarium & Botanical Park and not to forget our well known Balloon Festival and Sandia Peak Tramway. Or a 50 minute drive into Santa Fe you will find more Restaurants Retail shops Art galleries and another Ski Area.
On the employment side of the Albuquerque area aside from the usual hospitals schools etc. we have Sandia Labs Intel a Southwest call center and coming soon a new face book call center.
Monthly fees $500.00 per month
Lease is on month to month bases
Tenants will be responsible for electric and billed monthly
No charge for Internet, Trash pickup and Water
Pets are welcome but need to be inside at night for their protection
